My neighbor's friend commissioned this poodle skirt for her daughter. She was specific about the color, and wanted a scottie dog. So, I stitched one up out of a lovely turquoise felt to cut down on the cost. I used a silver cord for the leash and was quite pleased that it looked "felted" into the skirt. The scottie dog sports a cute multi colored striped bow with silver sparkles and sheer turquoise ribbon.
