Miss H and I made her a bonnet to go with the nearly completed dress I hinted at a couple of days ago.
I used a youtube tutorial, but didn't add the fabric on the back.
The straw hat came from a yard sale and the eyelet lace was salvaged from a thrift store bed skirt.
She wanted eyelet lace inside and to have it all white.
I didn't have a nice white ribbon, so we used gold. It only took about an hour to complete and looks lovely. I put velcro at the top of the tying ribbon so she could change out the bows or flowers, etc. for each outfit.
I think its lovely...and super easy! I'll finish her dress and make myself one too! Here's that tutorial....
